How can we work together?

I currently see in person clients out of ML Family Counselling clinic on Wyse Road in Dartmouth. I offer virtual sessions for individuals (13+), couples and families on Mondays and Fridays.

Do you bill direct?

The ML accounting team bills BLUE CROSS directly and co-pay will go onto your card on file. As a private practitioner, I can direct bill through Telus Health eClaims services for virtual sessions provided on Monday’s or Friday’s.

How does billing work?

The ML accounting team will bill your credit card on file and send you an electronic invoice. You can use that invoice to submit to your insurance company. ML will bill BLUE CROSS directly and bill the co-pay on your credit card. There is a 24 hour cancellation notice, and cancellations within 24 hours are subject to billing fees. For virtual sessions scheduled on Mondays or Friday’s, fees will be processed via credit card provided or processed through Telus eClaims.


Is there a wait period?

For the most part, I currently book 1-2 months in advance. Sometimes I have cancellations, I may be able to fit you in sooner. The ML intake team can support you accessing services.
